Champagne G.H. MUMM is a renowned wine of French origin made since 1827 in the famous French region where the most renowned sparkling wines in the world are made. The Mumm family, closely linked to the world of champagne wine, has its origins in the 12th century, including people of the highest nobility, among them barons and knights of the area. Already in the eighteenth century, it is known that they marketed with wine with the name "P.A. MUMM", in honor of its founder Peter Arnold, who owned vineyards in a prestigious area of ​​the Rhine Valley in Germany.

Several generations later, Mumm continues being a well-known sparkling wine highly recognized, especially for its uncorking in circuits of Formula 1 of the whole world, with a wide range of products in wines of high quality that are worth the trouble to stop to try sometime in the life . For this reason, some of these references are present in the menu of the best haute cuisine restaurants in the world, and are considered "the crème de la crème" of society by many gourmet critics, and it is not for less, because wine counts with a long and careful manufacturing process unique in the market.

In this way, Mumm has a total extension of 218 hectares of own vineyards where they cultivate all varieties for wine production, worked by great winemakers who perform work throughout the year in order to obtain a high quality grape, which It will be harvested between the end of September and in October, manually, hand to hand, bunch by bunch, arriving at the winery in optimum conditions where a process of pressing and desfangado is carried out to finally proceed to its vinification through an alcoholic fermentation to an average temperature of 19ºC to obtain the wine, afterwards, the clarification releases the wine from the yeasts and the assemblage process is produced, that is, the mixture with other wines from other grape varieties, in the proportions considered by the winemaker .

Once bottled the wines are allowed to age in the underground cellar, which has a gallery of more than 25 km in length where the wine is aged for several months in order to obtain a high quality product worthy of the most exquisite palates. of the world.
