The winery is located in the surroundings of Morales de Toro (Zamora), in the heart of the denomination of origin. This small winery belongs to Compañia de Viñedos Iberian, the group of wines of the Osborne Osborne family, whose relationship with the world of wine comes from before the 18th century in Spain.

Viñedos de Yaso is made up of its own plots with an approximate area of 14 hectares of vineyards where the Tinta de Toro variety is grown, but they also have other plots of collaborating vine growers who know the land well and the variety.

The harvest is always done manually in the month of October, when the grape reaches its optimum moment of maturation. In the winery, it is macerated in contact with the skin, fermented in must to obtain the wine and left to breed in French oak barrels for at least 6 months. The result is a wine known as Yaso, with very fruity aromas, floral notes, modern touches reminiscent of cherry and jam.
