Bodegas Castaño is located in the town of Yecla (Murcia). It is a family business dedicated to viticulture for several generations. Ramón Castaño began to bottle the wine already in the decade of the 80 although its relation with the vine and the wine was much earlier.
The winery has approximately 600 hectares of vineyard where different varieties are grown, the most important being Monastrell, Garnacha, Syrah and Merlot, although they have many more to make different wines. These are distributed in several farms with different organoleptic properties that give the wines unique and distinctive properties.
