Bodegas Ébano is located in the Valladolid town of Castrillo de Duero, in full designation of origin of Ribera del Duero. It is a winery belonging to the Valmiñor family with more than 15 years of experience and with several generations behind them dedicated to the cultivation of the vine and the production of wine.
The vineyards are very close to the towns of Gumiel de Mercado and Quintana del Pidio and have a total area of 43 hectares where the Tempranillo variety is cultivated in vines of 20 years of average age. During the harvest, the grapes are collected manually in boxes for transfer to the winery where the wine is vinified and produced under the Ebony brand.
Ébano has French oak barrels for the aging of the 2 wines it produces: young Tempranillo and Ébano Crianza.
