Habla is an avant-garde winery in the heart of Extremadura, on two hundred hectares of unfertile land, where it was not easy to plant the vine. However, it was the strains themselves that survived those harsh conditions of the terroir and with the passage of time offered a truly high quality fruit, typical of mature plants, with long and thick roots.
Such was the enthusiasm of its founders for producing great quality wines that they designed a winery according to these needs to make unique wines. For this, a very functional winery was created with an optimal design to achieve maximum efficiency in daily work and where there was a perfect balance between technology and nature. In addition, the excellence of the process in research applied to viticulture and oenology was sought, being pioneers, for example, in carrying out studies that determine the exact date of the harvest or analysis of the aromatic potential of the grape.
