It is a red wine made from the variety prieto picudo, by Bodegas Dominio Dostares, under the certification of Tierra de Castilla y León origin. Made from very old vines with some centenary vines. Performs melolactic fermentation in American oak barrels, where they remain for three months with their lees, then resting for 15 months in new French and Hungarian oak barrels.

Cumal Intense cherry red color and fine ruby ​​color, high, clean and bright, dense tear. On the nose intense aroma of ripe fruit, fleshy and acompotada, which gives way to a wide range of creamy sensations that give spices and toasted, with a nice and outstanding cocoa, and light floral touches. Fresh balsamic background with some memory of licorice and graphite. The palate is powerful and broad, with a pleasant warm, dry and tasty, very fruity, meaty, ripe and sweet. spicy touches sweet and some spicy, toasted, cocoa, coffee and some floral and mineral notes. Very good acidity with sweet and integrated tannins, with a very pleasant finish and a good persistence.
