Pierre Moncuit is a Champagne production winery located in the Côte des Blancs area (France), a prestigious area for the Chardonnay variety. At present, the Moncuit brothers, Nicole and Yves, are directly responsible for the business and production. Nicole is winemaker and oversees champagne production, while Yves manages the business.
A total of 20 hectares make up the vineyards owned by the winery, of which about 15 are considered Grand Cru. In them, the Chardonnay variety is grown mainly for the production of Blanc de Blancs. In the winery the selection is rigorous and the production is carried out with the latest technology respecting the traditional process of the founder, Pierre Moncuit, who took the brand to the top thanks to the softness of its sparkling wines.
