Champagne Vouette & Sorbee is a prestigious brand of the well-known Bertrand Gautherot, one of the great defenders of biodynamic viticulture. The result is a range of spectacular champagnes that leave no one indifferent.
The varieties are harvested from 3 parcels of calcareous soils where it has been cultivated with biodynamic techniques since 1996. An ideal soil for the cultivation of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which results in sparkling Champagne wines of excellent quality. These vineyards have an average of 21 years and represent a total area of about five hectares, of which at least 3 are on vertical slopes.
The harvest is done manually for 3 weeks in individual boxes until the arrival at the winery, where the best grapes are classified and go through the production process. After the fermentation, made with native yeasts of the own grape, the wine is raised in cellar until obtaining a perfect Vouette & Sorbee Champagne.
Vouette & Sorbee Fidelee is a champagne blanc de noirs made from Pinot Noir receiving a minimum aging of 24 months. An excellent choice for lovers of a good sparkling wine.
