La Granja Ntra. Sra. De Remelluri is a winery in La Rioja Alavesa. This winery is located in the municipality of Bastida (Álava). Its origin is related to a monastic farm of the Jerónimos monks located in these lands during the XIV century used as farmland.
The winery was created in 1968 when Jaime Rodríguez reconstructed the existing buildings and vineyards on the estate, converting the monastery into the current winery. In this place all the wines of the winery are produced.
A total of 105 hectares make up the extension of the vineyard that owns the winery. These lands are cultivated organically and with biodynamic techniques since the incorporation of their current winemaker Telmo Rodriguez.
Currently, Remelluri is a well-known wine for its excellent quality. They have a range of wines that have reached 95 Parker points.
