Feijoo cheese represents the Galician cheese tradition. A family business that has made cheese in the Concello de Celanova (Orense) since 1949. Currently, the fourth generation of the Galician cheese factory Quesos Feijoo continues to lead, preserving more than ever the traditional and artisan style that the brand represents.

Talita Hierro García was the founder of Quesos Feijoo in a very complicated post-war period. However, his fighting attitude and his vision ahead of the time made possible the beginning of this tradition. Thus, Quesos Feijoo began its journey making cheese in three potas (pots) and sendas lareiras (fires) at three different points (Acevedo, Mosteiro and Pambre).

Over the years the company has been evolving. However, Quesos Feijoo continues to maintain the same values and the original recipes of its founder Talita. A range of artisan Galician cheeses that are worth tasting by the most exquisite palates.
