Quinta do Avelino is a white wine made in the denomination of origin Ribeiro (Galicia) by a family winery located in the municipality of As Chavolas (Orense), where they grow the native variety of Treixadura, a grape grown for decades in the region that gives rise to wines with great aromatic intensity and incredible elegance.
This wine has received many awards and once came to surprise the president of the Sommeliers of Madrid, D. Luis Garcia de la Navarra, who highlighted its limpidity in aromas and smoothness in the passage through the mouth. A wine that, without doubt, also surprises many other people vintage after vintage.
The winery has a plot of 3 hectares where they carefully cultivate the variety for the production of this high quality wine that has a very limited production since it began to export to other countries, this production currently stands at about 15,000 scarce bottles.
