It is a reserve red wine made from the variety Tempranillo (80%) and Cabernet Saugvinon (20%) by Bodegas Carmelo Rodero, under the denomination of origin Ribera del Duero. It is a wine of payment of some vines from 40 to 55 years old, grown in glass and espaliers, the harvest is done by hand and its aging is 20 months in French and American oak barrels.

Viña de Valtarreña by Carmelo Rodero Dark maroon with tones very bright shingle. The nose is intense and elegant with aromas of black fruits, toast, hides and coffee, with a high complexity. In the mouth it is very fleshy, velvety, structured and with great balance, notes of blackberry, pipe tobacco, minerals and coffee caramels are appreciated. It is a wine of sensations and with a long ending.
