Celeste Roble wine is a young, aged red made with Tempranillo (100%). This variety of grape is grown and harvested in the Ribera del Duero appellation of origin at 900 meters above sea level. Likewise, to make Celeste Roble, a selection of the best strains from its vineyards is made.
The Torres Family winery project in Ribera del Duero is called Pagos del Cielo.
