It is a reserve red wine made from Tempranillo (85%), Graciano and Garnacha tinta (15%) by Bodegas Marqués de Cáceres, under the Rioja appellation.

It is a limited and unique wine that is only made when the harvests are rated as "Excellent" or "Very good". After a 20-month aging in French oak barrels and a rest of 18-24 months in bottle according to marketing.

The varieties come from vineyards with an average age of 30 years from different plots of Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa. The harvest was done manually in individual boxes. The fermentation was at controlled temperature and maceration with skins for at least 25 days. Later the wine was aged in French oak barrels. Finally the wine rested in the bottle for a minimum of 2 years before its commercialization.

Marqués de Cáceres Reserva Dark color of noble structure. The nose has deep, complex aromas that allow you to perceive the quality of its aging, the power of black fruits and a toasted background that is mixed with notes of very fine oak. In the mouth, volume and concentrated flavors. The tasting shows character and structure, giving way to a meaty texture. Class and elegance, good guarding potential.
