It is a sparkling wine made from the varieties Pinot Noir (33%), Meunier (33%) and Chardonnay (33%) by Thomas Perseval, under the denomination of origin Champagne (France). Aged for 3 years in the cellars of the cellar before being marketed.
The varieties come from different plots cultivated organically and biodynamically. The harvest was done manually in individual boxes to preserve the characteristics and organoleptic qualities of the grape.
Thomas Perseval Great Cuvee represents one of the great Champagnes of the small winemakers of the French region. It has a great aromatic intensity and flavors that guarantee the quality of the wine.
