Legaris Crianza (Estuche 6 Botellas)

It is a red aging wine made from the Tempranillo variety (97%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (3%) by Bodegas Legaris. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels under the Ribera de Duero designation of origin.

The grapes of the two varieties are selected from the vintage from their own vineyards and outside the winery. When a summer is too hot, a greater number of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety is selected to increase the acidity of the wine and improve its structure.

In the cellar, the must is fermented for about 4 days and later it is aged in French and American oak barrels (50%) to produce a wine in perfect balance and aromatic.
