Bodegas Mauro is located in the municipality of Tudela de Duero in Valladolid since 1978 with the aim of producing high quality wines with its own terroir identity from its more than 80 hectares of Tempranillo and Syrah vineyards on limestone and calcareous clay soils.
The average age of the strains is 25 years with a yield between 3000 and 5000 kg per hectare. The care of the vineyard uses techniques that respect the environment and the balance of the whole ecosystem of the plots.
The winery is an old house of the seventeenth century with an underground cellar for the aging of wines, although the elaboration is made in more modern facilities built in 2004 in Tudela de Duero.
